FAYETTEVILLE -- Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Tuesday announced she is appointing Charles Duell to lead the 4th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney's Office with Brandon Carter, the current prosecutor, leaving to work for the U.S. District Attorney's Office.
